Side-by-side double-door Cabinet with four doors.

Operation with N2L or liquid CO2.

“Food grade” construction in accordance with CE.

Double function: cryogenic cell for food freezing and one door between kitchen and packaging department (non-contamination between two departments).

Compatible with standard trolleys 600 x 800 x h. 1.800 mm.

Details of machine

Unit for freezing and crust, with N2L in liquid phase, solid products and semidense or liquid for sectors: F&B, pharmaceutical, industrial. Also usable as pre-freezer helping gaseous or mechanical freezing tunnels. The great simplicity of regulation of the crusting unit allows to use it for many products to be frozen. The process consists in crusting or freezing a product, especially food, putting it in contact with a film of cryogenic fluid, inside a vibrating container with linear movement (like a vibrating screen).

A recirculation system, created by a collecting tank and a cryogenic pump, allows the reuse of the liquid nitrogen until it is exhausted. The quantity of cryogenic fluid evaporated during the deep-freezing process is evacuated from the operating area by means of a suction hood and relative transfer fan.

Working cycle

1. Filling the liquid nitrogen process tank with feeding from the storage tank (automatic).
2. . Manual adjustment of the operating parameters: liquid nitrogen pump flow rate valve, frequency of the vibrator inverter to vary the speed of product advancement, exit of the jaws stem to change the inclination of the tank and the relative thickness of liquid nitrogen.
3. Temperature setting of the unit with only the circulation of liquid nitrogen for 10 minutes.
4. Feeding of the product to be crusted.
5. Deadline for feeding the product to be crusted.
6. After 2 minutes break the liquid nitrogen supply.
7. After 60 sec. interruption of all functions of the unit and discharge of liquid nitrogen from the process tank.
8. When the temperature of the unit has returned to the room temperature, cleaning and washing can be carried out.
